At Freedom Fabric, each item is made to order to ensure quality and care in every piece.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Ordering multiple variations

However, we stand behind our quality.

We offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

To request this, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you added Shipping Protection, you are eligible for a replacement in these cases.
